A Tokyo-based music producer, Akira Arasawa has been gaining strong support both in Japan and internationally. His EP released last year on Chill Mountain was played by top DJs such as Acid Pauli, Mika Dutsch, and IÑIGO VONTIER, while also receiving support from Japanese artists including YO.AN, Ground, Sunga, and MAMAZU.

He has also been invited to Ibiza’s Radio Sonica, where he broadcast live streams from the Playa d’en Bossa studio in both 2022 and 2023.

His upcoming album features collaborations with sitar player Tetsuro Takana, whom he met in Morocco, guitarist Hiroyuki Otsuka, and Frankey CH from Dali, Yunnan, China. The second track includes a remix by NHII.

He has released numerous works on international labels such as Chill Mountain Records, Shango Records (Greece), Lump Records, KOSA Records, SABI, TOTEM TRAXX, and AKBAL RECORD.
