Based in Tokyo, RYO TSUTSUI is a DJ, producer, and founder of the Tech House label ORIZURU. Known for his driving grooves and energetic performances, he has built an international presence with appearances in cities including Ibiza, Berlin, New York, Amsterdam, Santiago, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Bali, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, and Seoul. He is also the winner of both the RED BULL NIGHT MASTER and PARAGONICA DJ competitions.

Beyond DJing, RYO has contributed to the production of major music festivals such as StarFes and Hacienda, while also opening his own club, ORIZURU, in Shinjuku, Tokyo. He later founded EN FESTIVAL, hosting events at Japan's legendary club ageHa before expanding the festival to Nasu Highland Park, one of Northern Kanto's largest amusement parks. He has also performed at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) as part of a collaboration between the Japanese radio program SENSOR.

As a producer, RYO continues to expand his international presence through releases on respected labels, including the legendary Chicago imprint TRAX RECORDS and MOOD
 Collective, the label founded by Nicole Moudaber. His discography includes "Wheel Spinning Mice,"a collaboration with Francisco Allendes, Zakino, and Dongurizu.

Through his performances, productions, label, and festival projects, RYO TSUTSUI continues to connect Tokyo's Tech House scene with dance floors around the world.
