Tokyo-based Shingo Nakamura has established a distinctive style within the progressive house and melodic house scenes, releasing music on some of the genre’s most influential labels, including Anjunadeep, Colorize, Monstercat Silk, as well as leading Japanese label Otographic Music.

As one of the key figures in the scene, his music has received support from internationally renowned artists including Grammy-nominated BT, as well as Armin van Buuren, Ilan Bluestone, Above & Beyond, Chicane, Paul Oakenfold, Kaskade, and Punctual. His tracks have also earned recognition from DJ Mag, frequently appearing in its Top 10 features. He has contributed guest mixes to radio shows and podcasts around the world, including Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance and Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy, building a dedicated global following.

Shingo has played sold-out shows at internationally acclaimed venues including WOMB in Tokyo, Audio in San Francisco, Elsewhere in Brooklyn, Q Nightclub in Seattle, Howler in Melbourne, and Clinic in Los Angeles. He has also toured alongside artists such as Marsh, Qrion, Spencer Brown, BT, Le Youth, and SABAI, and has performed at major festivals including Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, and Dreamstate.

He has also released numerous DJ mixes on YouTube, with his Best of Shingo Nakamura mix series amassing more than 15 million views in total.
