Since the early 2000s, Velocity has been co-running the iconic Drum&Bass label and event "Human Elements" with Makoto. They are also a resident DJ for HOMiE, a resident party at WOMB in Shibuya. Known for their immense popularity, they are constantly in high demand, receiving endless offers from major Tokyo events as well as clubs and festivals all over Japan.

His tunes have been gaining major support from big names such as DJ Marky, Lenzman, Fabio, Bryan Gee, Makoto, London Elektricity and DJ Friction has also recently been playing his tunes.

His single “Jelly Break”reached #1 Vinyl Sales chart on Juno Records. “Night Owl EP” from Makoto’s imprint Human Elements. “Satl & Velocity - Set It Out” (Fokuz Recordings) selected “The best of 2017 compilation” by Drum&BassArena. Collab with legendary MC Fats, “We Gotcha Junglist” from Bryan Gee’s Liquid V that ranked as the Top 5 on Beatport chart. His recent output includes releases on scene legend MC GQ's label, as well as “Bird Theme / Under Pass” (Sheer Velocity Rec) “Sunny Side Up / The Last Square” (Flight Pattern Rec) These releases have already gained heavy support and extensive airplay from prominent DJs both in Japan and overseas.
