Joma began his DJ career at AIR in Daikanyama in 2013. Rooted in HIPHOP and Reggae, he held regular DJ slots at venues including Harlem and The Bridge Yokohama. After stepping away from DJing during the pandemic, he was deeply inspired by the depth and immersive quality of Techno music he experienced at rave parties and returned to DJing in 2022.

His mixes are characterized by a deep sound, subtle twists, and a strong emphasis on physical groove, gradually distorting the dancefloor’s sense of time.

In 2024, he launched Night Trip, an urban party moving between Techno and House, as well as Day Trip, a listening party focused on the act of listening itself. With “Trip” through sound as the central theme, he continues to stir the deeper layers of Tokyo.
