In 2026, DENSITY, a techno project party produced by WOMB, launches at Z Maruyama, a new landmark in Shibuya’s Maruyamacho district.
This project focuses on density—the point where sound, people, and emotion intersect.

From the taut stillness of precisely constructed minimal techno to driving, body-moving upper grooves, the night unfolds with dynamic contrast. Powered by Z Maruyama’s top-tier sound system, each transition is rendered with clarity, pushing the intensity and spatial density to its limit.

As the sound evolves throughout the night, an immersive experience emerges—where sound, body, and consciousness synchronize.
Fixing its gaze on the core of techno, DENSITY presents a new sensory dimension, giving rise to a night defined by focus, tension, and release.

Hosted by the DJ duo Kulage, the event showcases artists who are rapidly gaining international recognition through releases on world-renowned techno labels such as Tronic and Unity Records. Armed with refined production skills and a distinctive performance style, they continue to build a strong presence both in Japan and overseas.

The lineup also features a diverse selection of DJs shaping Tokyo’s underground scene.
YU-S-KE has been active since 2007 as a techno DJ and organizer. Known for groove-driven sets infused with a progressive sensibility, he has organized numerous parties including the urban techno festival “LALLAPALOOZA.” With a strong focus on location and sound system design, he has long supported and shaped Tokyo’s techno scene through high-quality spatial production.

Shu Masuda delivers deep and smoky grooves while seamlessly crossing between minimal, dub, industrial, and leftfield sounds. Through unexpected track selections and precise mixing, he creates a slow-burning atmosphere that gradually draws the dance floor into a hypnotic state. Rooted in the free spirit of rave culture, his sets express moments where sound, space, and physical sensation merge together.

YUUKI UEBA discovered dance music through trance at an early age while pursuing an unconventional career as a professional kickboxing champion. After retiring from competition, he transitioned into DJing in 2021, bringing the same passion and discipline to the booth. In 2025, he co-founded the YOKOHAMA DANCE MUSIC FESTIVAL, driven by a vision of energizing his hometown through dance music. Bridging the dance floor and the local community, he continues to contribute to Yokohama's evolving club culture as both a DJ and event organizer.

Amélie was introduced to music from childhood through her mother, a music teacher, and developed a strong musical foundation through years of concert band performance. Inspired by the club culture she experienced while studying in Europe, she began her career as a DJ after returning to Japan. Drawing on her diverse musical background, she delivers sets that balance warmth and energy, creating an engaging atmosphere that connects naturally with the dance floor.
